Members’ Perceptions of Leadership, Structure, and Organizational Performance in Kurdish Political Parties
This forthcoming research project examines how members of Kurdish political parties perceive their party’s leadership, structure, and organizational performance. In addition to political dynamics, the study addresses social, organizational, and identity-related aspects of party functioning, such as transparency, accountability, member participation, crisis management, and inter-party cooperation. A particular focus is placed on how party members evaluate their party’s role in pursuing the independence and sovereignty of Kurdistan.
